Community Service Providing Medical Equipment

As a community service, Sue’s Closet empowers families by providing essential medical equipment and supplies free of charge, alleviating financial burdens during challenging health journeys. Our commitment will transform countless lives in Yamhill County and surrounding areas.

We understand the emotional and physical challenges families face when caring for loved ones because we’ve been through it ourselves when our mother became sick with ALS. We wanted to make this process easier for others, knowing the challenges we had in getting the things we needed. By lending a wide range of medical equipment as a community service, we help our neighbors enhance the comfort and independence of their loved ones, without the financial strain.

Our Story:
Inspired by Courage
and Compassion

Sue Boyd and Kathy Seeber-Laughter of a lifelong friendship

Sue’s Closet was founded in memory of Sue Boyd, addressing the challenges our family faced in accessing necessary medical equipment during her ALS journey.

Sue Boyd- Surrounded by her brothers, sisters, and extended family

Sue’s Closet Medical Equipment Lending Service began as a heartfelt response to our family’s personal struggles with ALS and has evolved into a critical community service resource. Established in 2025 in Dundee, Oregon, we recognized a significant gap in access to medical equipment, prompting us to create a non-profit lending organization that supports families as a community service during their times of need, while honoring our mother, Sue Boyd’s legacy with every step of the way.
